Message It sounds like they weren't hot enough to activate. If 205 was F it's close to what the outlet side of the shell should be, from what I've read. 120F isn't even close to hot enough. If it was 205C it's too hot and I would think possibly clogged, but since the outlet is lower that doesn't make sense. Is your AIV working, or do you have a chip tune that disables it? The extra O2 is to help heat them, but 93 or 94 it was removed so not considered necessary. I would do a hot run and then check the temps right after to be sure the catalyst has reached its light off temperature internally.
